Q. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SHIRTS?

A. Yes! We offer custom designs, names, dates and personalization. Please email us before ordering to confirm details.

Q. CAN I SEE A MOCKUP OF MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS MADE?

A. Absolutely! Mockups are provided for custom orders upon request. Production begins as soon as the design is approved by you.

Q. CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

A. Changes must be requested within 2 hours of design approval or purchase. We work quickly around here, so once production starts, changes cannot be made. 

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?

A. Processing time is typically 3-7 business days. Custom orders may take longer. Please note, we pick up all shirt orders on MONDAYs (unless it is a federal holiday, then we will go that Tuesday or the next open business day for our supplier). So if you put in an order for a shirt on a Tuesday, your shirt will not be picked up until the following Monday, and will not be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday - which would be a 5-6 business day turnaround time. If for any reason we go over that 3-7 business day turnaround time, we will offer you a discount on your next order. 

Q. WHAT BRAND OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE?

A. We primarily use Gildan brand or equivalent depending on availability. 

Q. HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?

A. Most shirts are unisex fit. For an oversized look, size up. For a more fitted look, size down. Please refer to the size chart before ordering. The size chart is located at the bottom of this post. 

Q. DO YOU OFFER BABY AND TODDLER SIZES?

A. We do! While we do not offer those on our website, you can always send us an email and we will create a custom invoice for you!

Q. WHAT PRINTING METHOD DO YOU USE?

A. We use professional, high-quality machines and ink in both our Direct To Film and Sublimation printers. 

Q. WILL THE DESIGN CRACK OR PEEL?

A. With proper care, designs are long-lasting. We follow the best practices to ensure durability. 

Q. DO COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE MOCKUP?

A. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. 

Q. HOW SHOULD I WASH MY SHIRT?

A. Turn your shirt inside out, machine wash on cold, tumble dry on low or hang dry. DO NOT USE BLEACH. DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON THE DESIGN.

Q. DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?

A. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please email us before ordering. 

Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A. Not quite yet! We ship to all states and APO, FPO, DPO addresses. We will let you know when we decide to start shipping internationally. 

Q, DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

A. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is an error on our end.

Q. WHAT IF ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

A. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right. 

Q. DO YOU OFFER BULK OR GROUP ORDERS?

A. YES!! We offer discounts for bulk orders - perfect for teams, events or businesses. Email us for a quote. contacthoneyduck@gmail.com

Q. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DTF AND SUBLIMATION PRINTS?

A. We do! We offer all the designs listed on our website and we can print your files as well. If you are sending us a file to print, please make sure it is a PNG file with 300dpi and a transparent background. We print what you send us. If I see a problem with your file (if it’s blurry or you forgot to remove the background) I will email you and give you a chance to fix it. To send us a custom print request, please email your files to contacthoneyduck@gmail.com with the file name and the size you’d like that print to be. If there are multiple, please be detailed. If I have questions I will reach out. An invoice will be sent shortly after and production will begin once it’s paid. 

Q. WHO DO I CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS?

A. You can message us through our facebook page or email us (contacthoneyduck@gmail.com). Please allow 24 hours for us to respond. 

Q. DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

A. We do! Pick up is in North Columbus, Georgia. The address will be sent to you when you get the "Ready for pick up" notification. Orders are placed in a designated spot and are available for pick up after 4pm EST that day.
